Stradford has a double bed and is equipped with:
- Panel heater and electric blanket for the cold winter nights
- A fan for summer.
- 32 Inch flat screen TV with Mnet, ETV, SABC 1 2 and 3, Mnet Movies 1 2 and Super Sport 1 2 3 and 4
- Refrigerator and microwave
- Coffee, milk and tea
- The en-suite bathroom is divided into two separate rooms. One for the bath and shower and one for the toilet.

- The seating area has a two seater couch
- In front of Stradford is a communial patio were you can relax and this is also the smoking area. You also have a view of the garden
